Exchanges & Return

We know that you love our products. However, we also understand that online purchases are not always as per your expectations, or you simply changed your mind and just want to exchange it!

You can initiate an exchange request with us within 24–48 hours after the product has been delivered to you.

Please note: The return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange & Return Terms & Conditions

• Exchange claim can be initiated within 24–48 hours after the product is delivered.

• Product(s) must be unused, in sealed pack condition.

• Returns should be securely packed in a protective box to avoid damage during transit.

• Exchange shipment must include:

  • The actual product

  • Any accessories included

  • Original price tags, labels, and invoice

• Exchange claim must be raised via:

  • Email: bragg.pak@gmail.com

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the product to assess the eligibility of the exchange. A confirmation communication will then be sent to the customer via Email / Call / WhatsApp.
