1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Delivery is available in all major cities and most towns.

2. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on orders of PKR 3,000 or more

  • For orders below PKR 3,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 250 will apply

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (after order confirmation)

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day

  • Delays may occur during public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen courier issues

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order status in real time.

5. Undeliverable Locations

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or refund.

6. Packaging

All products are packed securely and hygienically to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
